I have been afraid of the dentist since I’m young, as I’m sure many can relate to, and have put off having my wisdom teeth removed due to fear of oral surgery. CJOMS accommodated me with an emergency appointment due to pain I was experiencing due to my own neglect of having this produce done. The day of the surgery they walked me through exactly what would happen. The environment was relaxed and made all my worries disappear. Before I knew it, I was awake and in recovery with little to no pain. Dr. Meyer and his team has completely lifted my fear of oral surgery. I can not recommend or thank them enough. My only regret is not doing it sooner!”

“Having to undergo a dental implant procedure need not be a daunting experience, if you choose the right dentist. I speak from firsthand experience, as I recently had my first dental implant done by Dr. Vincent Foring. I think not knowing what to expect is the biggest fear for most people. Dr. Foring is extremely patient and thorough, explaining each step (& there are a few, under normal circumstances spanning the course of three or more months) of the procedure & what to expect before, during & after, so there are no surprises. However, my biggest surprise was that I never felt any discomfort at all from the numbing process. To be honest, once you get past that you don't feel a thing, so to me the worst is over. Two Advil or Tylenol were all I ever needed to take afterwards as discomfort was minimal. I was pleasantly surprised at the final visit when the implant was put in just how natural it felt. There was no "getting used to it" I literally forgot about it by the time I arrived home. Proof of a job well done by an amazing dentist. Not only does Dr. Foring's calm demeanor resonate to his patients, but at every visit I always felt that the entire staff was concerned for my well-being and comfort. The offices are impeccably clean and you can tell that patient satisfaction is of the utmost importance to everyone there. For anyone anticipating a dental implant procedure in their future, believe me it's not as bad as you may think, at least it won't be if you put yourself in the capable hands of Dr. Foring and his staff.
