Today I went in to get one tire patched up after a long drive and I was in and out in 15 min. They are extremely knowledgeable and actually listen to your concerns without rushing you. “I have been here at least 6 times over the years for new tires / rotations, and always been pleased - I drop off car / shop/ car is ready. So my 4-stars takes that into account. But today for some reason no one seems to be working ( I can walk over to the work bay and either no one or one person is there when I check) and my car has been in the bay for two hours. Good price, but time is money and this is taking a lot of time. Done shopping an hour ago and now sitting in Costco furniture section reading the news.”
