I depended on them to update me on my Aunt since I was not able to visit due to Covid. Everyone I spoke with there were very kind, supportive, and helpful! I was able to reach the staff easily whenever I called. Elaine at the nurses station, who I spoke with on a regular basis, was just outstanding! Dr. Shi called me personally when he had questions about my Aunt’s medical care. I am very grateful to the entire staff on the 3rd floor rehab team!”
