“I was in need of a jacket and had looked online and thought I might like one from Carhart, but wanted to see/feel/try it on. I have never enjoyed shopping as an activity, only a means to an end. I have driven past their store for years, so I knew they've stood the test of time, but their sign said they've been in operation since the 40s. They must be doing something right, and I figured I'd give them a try. The staff is very friendly without any pushiness. I love that they fit so much selection into the store, very efficient use of space and plenty of options to choose from... my kind of place. I happen to overhear a customer returning an item. Staff handled it with no hassle and it just reinforced that I was in the right place. Price was great, comparable if not better than online. So while I'll never love shopping as an activity, you can bet that the next time I'm in need of something I have to try on in person, I'm shopping at Bill's. Price, Selection and Service... can't beat it.”

“I cannot recommend Dr. Glasser enough! I went to her for a nagging and never ending Golfers Elbow issue that resulted over time from surfing. I had seen two surgeons that suggested that I have surgery done to alleviate the pain I was experiencing. I wasn’t big on getting the surgery done and Dr. Glasser suggested taking a different approach to healing the affected area. Though her expertise and guidance, I am now pain free while surfing and exercising!! I have full range of motion with my elbow compared to when I came to her and could barely move it without a lot of pain. She explained what my issue was, my treatment options and talked to me like a person rather than just another scheduled appointment. Like I said, I cannot recommend her enough!”

In regards to the instructors, they are everything you could hope for: patient, kind, tough, high energy, encouraging and enthusiastic. They seem to have mastered the balance of pushing each student to reach their own individual potential in a supportive but professional environment.
