“I contacted Ralph (owner) of National Home Improvements in late September, desperate for a contractor for what became a major remodeling project. He was over-scheduled, but remember me and my predicament and contacted me when he could squeeze my project. He is truly the best construction professional I've ever worked with, and I have quite a history of being ripped off in this industry. His crews are remarkably competent and professional. Ralph is a man of impeccable integrity. He gives the best advice, regardless of his profit margin. He works with consumers to minimize costs without cutting corners. I have insufficient words to describe how much I recommend his company. I hope he can expand capacity because there are people lining up for his services. To sum up, I would feel completely comfortable leaving a blank check in my home and telling him to fill in the amount I owe him. He's that excellent and honest. The remodel was more of a project than we expected (not Ralph's fault) but he is skilled in all aspects of house building and remodeling. The job he did for me was extensive. He took care of mold remediation, demolished and rebuilt crumbling walls and painted throughout. The work is impeccable.”
