The sites offer the bags, but bringing your own bags is recommended.The towpath and recreational facilities are partially accessible for persons with disabilities.”

“A very relaxing place to bring your family to. I would consider it as more of a lake then a pond though. They have benches along the shoreline so you can sit and relax. You can have your lunch, and do a little fishing off of the shoreline or off of the gazebos at the end of the docks. They did a very nice job with the replacment of the old wooden piers and gazebos. Each new pier has a built in boat/kayak launch, which is very convenient. The fountains along the centerline of the lake add nicely to the scenery and are colorfully illuminated at night. They have a show every Friday night in July, in the Columbus park Gazebo area (near the spillover).”

“It's nice there. Was recently renovated with all new equipment as well as the grounds. There is a swing set with various sizes swings, including a two-person swing for younger children and a partner to use. They have various playsets installed as well as monkey bars, a climbing net, a climbing rock, among other things I probably left out. The largest set has two slides as well. Nearby, there is a baseball field, basketball court, and tennis court. There's a small parking lot nearby the swings, as well as a larger lot near the fields and courts. Nice place!”

“Our first time here since they fixed up the park and it is very nice! Clean , kid friendly - 5 slides, a faux wood climbing/scaling wall, 10 park benches, a parent/infant swing (really cool, don't see many of these in parks!) , large open space for the kids to run around.”
