“This company did a good job with the install. The tech was not only on time, but early, and certainly knew his craft very well. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because different people from their monitoring service called me to set up the install twice in the week after the install was already completed. They do need to communicate a bit better.”

“George Ancuta and the team at VCS IT Know their stuff. We rely on them for our office computer systems which they completely manage for us. We used to have this one kind guy but there were so many things we were leaving to chance. Not anymore. We never had a plan for major data loss. Now we have robust backup procedures and very extensive data recovery resources just in case. They manage our network. Add cabling when needed. They’ve upgraded our phone systems and added a closed circuit tv system to both of our conference rooms. Now we focus on prospecting and build doing our business. We let VCS handle all of our computer, phone and our network so we don’t have to. We are very happy to have them in our corner. Recommended.”

He not only gave directions to the nearest ATM (they don't take credit cards), but got in the car with me to show me! He provided us with a complementary beverage and was so helpful!
