I recently had surgery and staff doesn't seem to understand the urgency of contacting the Dr when I needed help with Post-OP issues. I was under the impression I say the phrase, "I'm a post-op patient," and the Dr is contacted immediately, but that doesn't always happen :(”

“I came in to see Dr Bogdan for the first time this week for hip pain. The staff was very welcoming. I walked in thinking it would just be a consult for a future injection, but he knew I was in pain and gave me an injection right away. He could tell I was a little nervous, but him and the nurse kept me relaxed the whole time. I would definitely recommend him to a friend. Everyone is very welcoming in that office.”

“Probably the best bedside manner I have ever experienced with a doctor! I brought my 14 year-old daughters in for Spring allergies that have only grown worse year after year. Dr. Ambrosio gave us a plan with a combination of over-the-counter and prescription medicine and then a follow-up appointment for testing. He explained everything to us in a teaching manner and with an entertaining sense of humor. If he wasn't a doctor, he'd make an excellent teacher! We walked out of there with smiles and felt smarter than we did going in :-)”
