I see all these negative reviews but I had an excellent experience. I called the number from the web and Toni picked up the phone on the 2nd ring. She was very polite and professional and handled my problem.
Took too many automated messages to talk to someone real but once I did the woman I spoke to was really helpful. I had a pretty small issue, I lost my parking ticket and needed the info on it so I could pay. I haven't ever been in the court itself and haven't dealt with them before so I can't speak to the other reviews but the phone lines worked well enough
