“I recently moved to the area and had some difficulty finding a place that I felt challenged and motivated me to continue my health journey. I enjoy high intensity workouts, being pushed and high energy from people working out with me as well. I have done some classes with Ajani and I can say I really love it. The trainer is knowledgeable with 20+ years of experience and motivating. The workouts are intense which was what I was looking for, but he also makes some modifications to those who need it. It is great to have an experienced trainer there motivating you to do your best and guiding you through the group workouts. The group is not that large so it’s good because he can still have sufficient individual focus. He has also been very supportive, flexible and available to answer my questions. I am excited to continue my journey and really hope more people find out about his classes!!!”
