“These people are very good at what they do. First of all, they are very friendly and knowledgable on cars. The Mechanic (Dennis--> I think) was able to check and told me exactly what was wrong with my car. Before, he even start working on the car, he called me and informed me about the price and the amount of time it would take for the car to be ready (which many mechanics don't do) precisely. They fixed my car which still doesn't give me the problem anymore and he notified me of other drastic future problems within an accurate period of time if I don't do certain minor things. Overall, Kam Soon auto service is one of the best shop in the area. They saved me some money from paying a high tax by having me paying by cash and my car is running really good with over 200, 000 miles on it. thank you Kam for your hard work.”

“I came in with a clutch problem for my 5 speed manual with only a vague idea of what was wrong with it. I described the issue, left my truck, and then Mike (I believe the owner) diagnosed it via a road test and a visual once over. He explained several parts that could be wrong with it and recommended a solution. I okayed it and moved forward with the repair. In TWO days Mike had fully replaced the clutch at a very reasonable price! Mike then sent me some photos of the process to show me exactly what was wrong and explained each of the parts of the repair. Totally great service, and the truck is driving like new. 5/5! If I had another problem (crossing my fingers that I don't) I'd bring it here again. The level of communication really settled my nerves and helped me along in deciding what to do. “I honestly cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Favale Motors. In December of last year I bought myself a brand new Mercedes, I had just turned 60 and I figured I'd treat myself. My wife never wants to go to the shopping centers with me because I love to park far far far away, I can't stand the little door dings and such. So, on one of our more recent trips we went to the outlets, when we returned from one of her shopping excursions, I came to find a GIANT scrape and dent down the side of my car. I was beside myself ! I came across Favale Motors from a friend of mine, I was familiar with the location, since it had been in the area for so long. Bringing the car in, I must say I was a little nervous, ITS BRAND NEW !!!! to me anyways. My first impression was of a very clean and modern office, I was greeted by Anthony. We went around my car and he patiently listened to my stories. The estimate I was given was lower than other shops I have visited prior. Anthony assured me that the work would be top notch. So I booked the appointment. Anthony kept me informed of the progress of my car. When I picked my car up I was floored !!!! My Mercedes looks amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's clean inside and out !!!
