“This review is for the Nurse Dupinder. My grandmother was in the ER and then was admitted for two nights in the East Wing. On the first day of admission, we had the pleasure of having Dupinder care for my grandmother. When my grandma was sleeping, she entered quietly and did what she could to ensure she stayed asleep. When she spoke with my grandmother, she was kind and sweet. She ensured my grandmother was comfortable and had the best experience possible. I left later that night, but the second nurse that came in for overnight was very sweet as well, unfortunately cannot remember her name.”

“Dr. Syed is by far one of the kindest souls I have ever come to know. She has been our family doctor for a little over a decade now. She treats me like her own rather than just a patient. She is sincere, easy to talk to and has excellent bedside manners. She listens to all my problems and concerns and tackles each of them with great confidence. She takes her time and never rushes, ever! Of all my medical issues I’ve had and have, she came up with a great plan and medications to bring them to control and has done a great job in doing so thus far. I consider myself lucky to have such a doctor as Dr. Syed in my life. She truly has blessed hands and will always make sure her patients come first. “Never had a bad experience at JFK. The past few year both my elderly parents were patients there. Most recently my Dad was admitted and the ER staff was excellent considering all the patients. The nursing staff on 3-Central were great. The only draw back would be the parking, horrible parking lot and never no where to park. The cafeteria is way overpriced and though selection isn't bad if you like fancy sandwiches.”
