“My daughter has been attending classes at Henderson's Gymnastics for the last 8 years. The first 2 years she attended their recreational classes and for the past 6 years she has competed on their competitive team. I am very pleased to say that my daughter always have a wonderful time at this facility. The staff is very kind, loving and always make you feel welcomed. “It's up to you to make yourself happy or unhappy here. I hated this school until this year really. I really closed up and had a horrible experience to say the least my first 3 years. This year, I opened myself up and got involved in a lot of things and experiences that now, I can honestly say that my view of this place changed drastically.”

“Joined about six months ago to get fit, between the dojos in fords and Edison been training 3-4 times a week. Great place to learn karate, discipline, self control, humility over the weeks here my stress levels have reduced and fitness improved. Love the environment very supportive students and teachers.
