My only complaint is: "Hospitals have to change their protocols. TBI patients need physical therapy. My son ended up contracted being in hospital [not JFK] over two weeks. Physical therapy is imperative. My son's wrist and legs are contracted. I am praying my son's ventilator is removed and be referred to a Rehab not a nursing home, he just turned 29.”

“I recently had left total hip replacement so needed home physical therapy which was set up prior to my leaving the hospital. A physical therapist came out the next day after being discharged from the hospital; prompt, friendly, patient and efficient. The Physical Therapist first asked me questions getting paperwork done then gave me exercises to do which I did and listened to my questions/concerns addressing them. I was very pleased with my treatment and recently was released having accomplished the goals set for me to continue with outpatient physical therapy which has already been set up with an appointment in place. I would recommend them to others should I encounter anyone who needs home physical therapy.”

From making the appointment to coming in for a visit was great! Jinny, who I had the pleasure of speaking to on the phone had taken all my info down prior my visit. She was so sweet and very helpful. Once I got to my appointment checking in was also very simple and easy. The nurse that I had the visit with; Jane, was so nice and was explaining everything to me in words I would understand and breaking everything down for me. Thank you!”
