“I've been attending classes for the last month and I am 100% satisfied with the instructors, the equipment and the experience as a whole. On my first visit I got a complete explanation of how to use the bike. I'm always greeted in a friendly manner and feel very comfortable during my work out. The workouts are challenging and can be tailored to any level of fitness. I'm really impressed that after the class is over I get an email with my workout results - miles, calories, etc. I also have attended a circuit training classes and enjoy those as well. I couldn't be happier with Evolution ByCycle!”

“After coming from a daycare where my 3 year old would scream and cry on the way to every morning… my daughter now is so excited for “school” every morning! She is fully potty trained after only 2 full months in the program and she has even made friends that greet her in the morning and say goodbye every day when she leaves! I am so happy with this daycare and it’s so relieving to see my daughter be happy to go to school while I work! Thank you too all of the YMCA staff!!!”
