“Resolution point is the best place I have ever been to for therapy, and I started this journey 22 years ago. Andrea is absolutely fantastic. She is COMPLETELY and GENUINELY non judgemental, and adjusted sessions to my needs. She is empathetic, understanding, respectful, knowledgeable, and gentle in her approach. I had many therapists at other places that tried to make forms of therapy work ON me, but Andrea worked WITH me, and was not phased at all if we needed to take a different approach. I have had many bad and even dangerous experiences throughout my journey, including some centers that have multiple therapists working within them. It's crazy what we have to go through to find the right therapist. But Resolution point, is exactly what therapy is supposed to be. “You know when you meet someone for the first time and you instantly feel connected to them. Nancy is that person. She connected with me but more importantly she connected with my 3 month old son. We had just gotten a lip and tongue tie procedure done the day before and really struggled with getting him to feed. He has to learn how to suck all over again. On atop of that he has stiffening in his neck and a slightly flattened head. She was able to see all this in a matter of 5 minutes of being in her office. Before Nancy I was a wreck and little baby was upset and in pain. Nancy took one look at us and said we will fix this, it's okay. The knowledge she holds and the techniques she uses tell a story of a person that has so much experience and cares deeply for her patients. I would recommend her to anyone I know and don't know.
