The two installers Jarrod E. and Shane G. came to my house in the middle of a snowstorm and braved the cold weather to properly install a new Heating/Cooling system and thermostat. Jarrod was very friendly and detailed-oriented taking the extra time to explain the job to me and what programs and capabilities i now have with my new system. Shane was very experienced and knowledgeable about what he was doing, taking the time to explain how I can properly take care of my new units to prolong their life and efficiency. Both were very professional and made the extra effort to get the job done exactly how I wanted.
