“Our 2015 Mazda5 started making a squealing noise while we were on the interstate, driving up from our home in North Carolina to visit friends in New York City. We ended up heading off the interstate and landed at one of the nearby mechanic shops. And boy are we glad we ending up at Walt's. Walt was there himself to help us with our troubles. His mechanics were well-equipped and knowledgeable. Walt was able to diagnose the problem. He also alerted us to a few future trouble spots (back left tire may need to be replaced in the next 6 months), but he didn't try to oversell us on anything. In fact, he seemed to want to save us as much hassle and money as he could. They rotated our tires and did a thorough check up. The price was extremely reasonable. He handed us a magnet for our fridge and his business card, telling us if we had any trouble on our ride to give them a call. We really appreciated the personable, skilled service we received at Walt's auto shop!”

They took my truck in the day of the arctic bomb storm (which was coming that night) and STAYED LATE to make sure it was ready for work. They are a Meyers dealer and had to spend extra time trying to repair a botched job from another Meyers dealer (Who is not surprisingly no longer a dealer). First of all the owner Brad Sabo has the cleanest building and parking lot I ever saw for a auto repair establishment. Lowest prices and never have to come back because it didn't work after you left. Also, the staff at the front office are very personable and clean. I was there today and the office manager John Parker was so great in communicating with me about my problem with my Jeep.
