“Update: there will be a full refund and I've changed the star rating from 3 to 4. It could have been a 5 if they refunded sooner. The jury is still out on this one. Like the other family that received a $4000 voucher, we have a $1650 voucher which is non-cancellable and non-amendable. I'm in the travel industry myself, we have fully refunded all of our clients (or give them a voucher with 10% extra credit). It was a big surprise that Dharma did not and that it puts such strict rules on the voucher. In Covid times, we have a hard time getting to the US from the EU due to changing restrictions, which means you have to book flights on very short notice. (expensive) Then you have to hope that Dharma is available. If you book ahead, you run the risk that you can't fly (airline would give a voucher) and loose the Dharma credit. On top of this, the voucher expires June 2022. I wish they'd just let travelers chose whether to be refunded, or give them full flexibility with the voucher (CXL, amendable and no expiry date). Small price to pay, if you already cashed the money, right?”

“1. Good location but adjacent to road so you need to be cautious while entering as it is busy road . 2. Friendly staff in professional attire and happy to help for questions 3. Clean and sanitized rooms which is very appealing 4. Decent breakfast 5. Shuttle from hotel to 42nd Street was big breather. This is good option if you want to beat newyork traffic and parking. Shuttle charges 3.5$/ person.”

“First word that comes to mind is just wow! This was the best BNB stay we have ever had. The place was spotless, comfortable, and so close to everything in town. Every little detail was thoroughly thought of from the comfy slippers, toiletries in the bathroom, and stocked fridge with waters and tea in our bedroom. But the true highlight of the stay was the hosts. They made us feel right at home with joyful morning conversations alongside their DELICIOUS spread for breakfast. We 1000% recommend staying here if you’re in the area and we hope to visit again!”

“Awesome place. I'm a trucker and my truck was in shop across the street. The staff is all very friendly. I stayed for 3 days for 116.45 a day. Rooms very clean and equipped with full kitchen to cook you own meals. Beds are very comfortable. Would stay again no doubt.”

“Excellent value. If you are looking for luxury accommodation this is not the place for you. If you want cheap but safe this is the spot. My wife and I stayed here 4 nights. Basically just needed a clean and safe place to sleep after spending our days in New York. Public transit to NYC (PATH train or ferry) is a 40 min walk or $10 Uber ride away. The room was clean and included a refrigerator and microwave which was a nice bonus. Parking is free on site. Looks like this used to be a Ramada Inn but the rooms have been recently renovated and it is now flagged as a Days Inn. Common areas look rough, but that's really irrelevant at a place like this. Clean, safe, and cheap. This place is a winner in my book.”

The furnishings were nice, we had a view, there wasn’t too many people, and it was so much more open and airy than the average hotel.
