“There truly couldn't have been a more perfect way to say goodbye to my father. Failla-McKnight Memorial Home did an amazing job. I was unsure how he would look at the final viewing, but when the visitation day came, I was blown away. They did an INCREDIBLE job. My father looked like he was comfortable and resting peacefully in a very happy place. I'm so happy for this part because I wanted the rest of the family and his friends to see him in the best possible way as we all paid our respects. Everyone at the home was so professional and caring from the very beginning all the way to the end of the process. They even helped me with getting his family around the world involved, which included streaming some of the service to them and with translations on a few of the prayer cards. We had a lot of guests and Failla-McKnight has it's own parking lot which was very convenient for everyone. The McKnight family and their staff were always accessible through out this difficult time. They were also extremely supportive as if they were part of our very own family. We can't thank you all enough. I know my father is also appreciative. We love you dad. May you Rest in peace!”

“My mom passed away on Apr 18th 2020 of old age in my house. Hospice called the funeral home at 5:00 A.M and shortly after I received a call from Frank, the owner. He showed compassion in the way he handled the call. He was not able to get someone due to Covid to retrieve the body and came himself. My mom was very fragile, I asked him to handle her with care which he did. He was extremely compassionate with my sister and I. He went above and beyond, he was able to secure us a priest and we were able to have a private and intimate viewing. Because we are a large family, he was able to accomodate 6 of my mom's children, four of our in-laws and her grandchildren that chose to attend. He also worked with the cemetery, they allowed my 2 sisters and I into the museleam for the final service with the priest, we did the service at the entrance, of the museleam, the procession of the family cars were able to double park and open their windows to participate. Under the covid circumstances, I could not have asked for better service. Frank was amazing and made a very difficult situation as smooth and comfortable as possible for all of us. I will forever be grateful to Frank for the way he handle everything and the memories engraved in my mind and heart of that day. Thank you and God bless you.”
