Your instructor - Patrick Lee, is a very knowledgeable, bright and confident instructor and it compliments his positive personality. personality the friends who took a coarse parallel to ours had a great instructor as well. I had a blast learning as a sailor. I believe I am speaking for all of my group when I say we are extremely fortunate to have picked as our school and appreciate you spending extra time investing into us on late Sunday afternoon. I will gladly sign up for the next coarse, go to Sandy Hook and back to learn new skills. I am particularly interested in spinnaker handling, reefing and "heaving to" skills from your instructors. I will gladly hear about using sea-drough that is used to "park the boat" in the middle of a storm. Its a very interesting concept. Learning theory. Getting another certification under my belt. “My dog, Derby, and I loved Hudson Barks for pre-teen obedience school! The trainer, Jennifer, was very friendly, effective and helpful in training our small class, giving us all the attention we needed in an intimate setting. The facility was clean and had any necessary accessories/equipment in case we needed props, and they also have treats and toys for purchase. My dog was very responsive to Jennifer and she helped me get my dog to be equally as reactive and responsive to me. The class is really about the parents learning, which was great! I’d recommend Hudson Barks to any other dog parent looking to train their pup!”

“I love the teacher Student relationship I see at this school. The teacher and principal make the children feel safe making it a very comfortable place place for them to learn and ask for help. The teachers are always willing and able to tutor the the kids that need the extra help. Safety is a very important to the staff. The kids have safety test monthly all doors are locked at all times you have to get through two locked entrances before security let's you in. I wish I could give you more then 5 💫”

“Just like any other schools, there are pros and cons. I used to be a student at this school. The building used to be a high school so it's pretty old. For the time I was there, the water fountains were off limits. Besides the water fountains, the school is safe. This is because of the dangerous levels of led in the water. At times, bathrooms would be locked on certain floors just because a few people would misbehave in the bathroom. Classrooms were pretty standard and were pretty large. School lunch was standard as well with the school providing discounted or free lunch. The schools curriculum and activities were standard, however other students were given an opportunity to take an enrichment class depending on their scores. In addition the school also has a nurse. Just like every other schools, there are good and bad teachers. Some teachers wouldn't encourage students and would give up on some. Other teachers were amazing and would change up the curriculum a bit just to make things fun for the class. One example would include a teacher giving us a review on our vocabulary by playing kahoot. Do I recommend going to this school? Yes, I recommend it. The school is safe and overall the teachers are good.”
