“As I looked for classes I looked for 2 things price and someone I can listen to for 75 hours. I got more than that.. Price was good, teacher (Issa) is exciting, kept me engaged and excited to learn. His brother is the admin (Milad) he always took my call and helped me, he even sat with me and went over questions I couldn't figure out. Great, no excellent service. I passed. My advice on the test: get your game up on advertising, what you can and cant say, dont go crazy on the math, not much utilizing formulas maybe one or 2 questions. Also, dont memorize wait times for leaving rentals only know that if its a lease for a set amount of time than no notice is needed. Lastly, the questions are very confusing and convoluted, the more you read them the easier they become. I marked about 35 questions for review, after I was done I went over those 35 twice and then the entire test again. I can say after that I was only confused about 5-10. When I started the 1st 25 questions, I thought it could be between 1 or 2 of the answers, read it multiple times and mark it, it will make more sense when you come back around. See you at the top.”
