“The young women that work in Dr. Tubs office and the young women that work in the infusion center are the absolute best I’ve ever had the pleasure of caring for me. Kelly in the Dr.’s office and Audrey and Tina in the infusion center are superstars!! Efficient, professional, kind, caring and empathetic. Simply put they’re special. In our modern healthcare system where the model is all about getting people in and getting them out these three are a throw back. Walk in to their office and you’re greeted with a smile and a hello and they remember your name? Nothing makes you feel more special than a personal greeting. That’s just how things start. I literally could ramble on about how great the care I’ve received there is but I won’t. I’ll simply say thank you for caring about me and my family and for restoring my faith in modern medicine. The facilities are brand new and gorgeous. It’s easy to get to right off of route 55, and obviously the administrators care because they’re the ones hiring individuals like these three professionals. Not too Many people I know can say they leave the doctors office or hospital with a smile on their face. Thank you again”

“I can’t say enough about the wonderful vet & staff that assessed and treated my injured Yorkie puppy on 1/7/2020. I was meant at the door at 10:30pm and my puppy was taken back within 5 minutes. I realize that I was not the easiest person as I tried to deal with such a frightening experience, but the office staff remained calm and kind in spite of my poor behavior. Dr. Fragola was exceptional, honest and had a very soothing way about her that made such a difficult situation easier to cope with. Our baby had to be admitted overnight for test and treatment. We were given an estimate which covered all possible realms of testing & treatment that may have been necessary given the extent of his injuries. We were sent home informed that we were welcome to call and check in as often as we would like. When I returned the next morning for discharge I was greeted by a new staff that was as equally polite and friendly as the night before. They explained to me clearly all diagnostic testing that was performed and all treatment rendered, as well as how my baby responded to it all. I was given verbal and printed instruction on how to care for him at home and what was normal and what would be cause for concern. Another pleasing element to this experience was that upon trying to pay my balance before taking him home I was told that everything he needed actually came in below the lowest side of the estimated cost and they owed us money! Seriously how often does that happen????? They even called the next day to check up on his progress. It appears that our puppy is well on the road to a full recovery which pleases us immensely. Thank you so much to everyone who saw us through this experience. They shed some sunshine on a dark situation and made it a little easier for my husband & myself and most importantly our puppy.”

“I can't say enough good things about this practice. I got an appointment for the next day when I called. I did not require immediate care and getting an appointment so quickly was great. The staff treated me with kindness, respect, and concern. Dr. Bobar is one of the finest physicians I have received treatment from, and I worked in healthcare for 25 years. The facility is spotless and the staff were very efficient. I felt they truly cared about me and my medical condition. This office is as close to my ideal as I could possibly hope for. AAA++++”

“Honestly, I don't understand what the other low ratings are about...first off if this is your first pregnancy it's up to YOU to do your personal research and read books/mags about pregnancy theres info on line and apps for your phone. The docs are not professors or teachers and won't be giving you lessons or detailed info on how a baby grows for each week/mth during your visit, their main purpose is to make sure baby is healthy and growing and you are okay, so sign up for the many pregnancy expectancy classes and WIC may be able to direct you or help answer yr questions. I have no problems with listening to my baby's heartbeat and getting measured it shows ME that my baby is okay (it's my 3rd preg and that's all you get pretty much) You WILL NOT be seen at the time they give you. This is not a VIP service where you're in and out at the exact time you chose your appt so be prepared to wait up to 20-30 mins to be seen (sometimes less or more make yr appts in the AM if possible to beat the crowds). Dr. Berman is highly requested and he has a lot of patients as well as Dr. Ngo. I had a diff time getting referred to Dr. Berman from leaving HIGH DESERT MEDICAL HELL (my review is there) but now that I've been going I have had nothing but positive things to say...the staff is nice and professional except for prob one person. And Dr. Berman has been so good to us thus far and HAS ANSWERED any questions or concerns I may have...Note: if you're on MEDI-CAL you don't have many options for good docs when yr preggo or otherwise. If you want exclusive service then pay the big bucks and go to Kaiser.”
