“I have to say my beginnings with some of the associates, we’re not so great after I had an issue with a mattress. But it turned great with a new manager at the Store named Doug. He was very very thoughtful and empathetic to our situation, we are no spring chickens and needed a firmer bed. He gave us the time and education on what bed would be best for us. Brett was great at helping us select the perfect set for us! Brett was very attentive to us without being a overbearing stalker (like some other places) He didn't follow us around in a annoying way but was always there when we had a question and we didn't have to search for him..It was a great experience and will definitely be returning soon!
