I've washed it without shrinkage, and I have absolutely no complaints. When it comes to the company and service, I was very impressed as well. Apparently, I'd accidentally left off some vital information for shipping and was contacted very quickly to resolve. I received my sweater with ample time to wear it to work for the holiday and to our office Christmas sweater party. (Spoiler: I received SO MANY COMPLIMENTS!)
