My son has been learning to be patient, have self control and also has been behaving at school. A big turn around for my son. “A phenomenal Capoeira school for all ages. C. Mestre Cebolinha is an amazing teacher who is doing great work. Having his own academy is a testament to his dedication to the art of Capoeira. I’m so happy to have found this school and Cordao de Ouro family. There community is full of wonderful people who share a love for Capoeira. The training here is challenging but not only physically but mentally as well. A must visit for anyone who’s interested in learning Capoeira and also for well seasoned veterans of the art.”
