Denise and her colleagues are amazing. I have been a virtual client for over a year and never would have believed that I would be in great shape thanks to online Pilates classes. I’ve been an athlete most of my life, but Pilates has taken my level of fitness beyond what I thought I was capable of. Denise is an expert and often knows what my body is doing before I realize it. She truly trains your Core-your whole body and mind-to achieve incredible results. She and her team are organized, good communicators, and online booking for classes is easy. I highly recommend it!

MyBOD's approach to total wellness (mind, body, and spirit) is unmatched! I always feel so accomplished, strong, and aligned after a zoom Pilates session with any of the fabulous instructors! I honestly wish I could give it six stars. I would recommend this to anyone looking to start or further their fitness journey.

I am so grateful to Denise for rebuilding my body after suffering multiple in injuries. She has helped me with proper posture, alignment and balance. The core work has also improved my tennis game. It has been a very wonderful and rewarding experience.
