Conveniently the dealership dodged my calls for the 30-day repair window, and I was stuck finding someone to fix the problem and submit a claim for my warranty. I called close to closing time, and they got me in next day. I didn't think it would be an easy process, and figured no one would deal with the hassle of calling the dealership, but these guys were SO kind and reassuring. They let me know they would handle it, fixed the issue THAT DAY, and took care of filing the paperwork. Even checked in to make sure the car didn't give me any issues on my way to work. Didn't think I'd ever enjoy a visit to the mechanic. 10/10 FOR SURE!”

The first time the vech was picked up from my house and delivered to my dealership after about 4 months later my starter went again and LNR went out of his way to pick me up from my house drive to were the truck broke down then took me to work… all this before 7am even stopped so I could grab a coffee before I started my day at work. If their was more than 5 stars LNR would get them all”

Here's what happened, the transmission on my 08 trailblazer started acting weird took it to a transmission shop and the guy didn't try to figure it out at all he just said I think the trans is going it will cost $2400 to fix. I call Ralph's to get a replacment trans quote and they ask what it's doing and say that doesn't sound like a bad trans. So I took it to them and it was a chaffed wire on a connector they had it fix super fast and didn't rake me over the coals. Can't recommend them enough!”
