“These folks are so helpful. They went above and beyond to help me, even when there was nothing in it for them. My Google phone stopped taking a charge, so I brought it in to this local store to see how to get it fixed. In the end I had to send the phone to Google: a process that would take 10 days. I really need my phone, so I was distressed about what to do. These folks rummaged around and found a phone they could loan me for 10 days! There was no new sale in it for them. They just took care of me. Can't say how much that loner saved me. This is an authorized retailer: not the cellphone company's own store. I don't know that I'd get such good customer service at an actual cellphone company store. (Just my opinion.)”

She made us feel like we were family. From the moment we sat down she displayed nothing but care & compassion for my Mother & I. My Father's homegoing service was beyond beautiful!!!! My Father served in the US Military in the late 80's, although I submitted the paperwork late, Toni made sure my Mother was presented with a flag like my Father would have wanted.
