I was checked in right away, didn't wait very long and was seen within 20 minutes. The staff and doctors were very friendly and knowledgeable, I couldn't be happier with my experience. The waiting room wasn't very busy (about 5 people including myself), so I can't speak for a busy waiting room, but it was very spacious and very clean.
