“I dropped into Crossfit Mt.Holly for a few weeks while working at JBMDL. Everyone was welcoming from day one and the coaches were very attentive. The programming was balanced and had a good mix of strength and gymnastics workouts. The box is also military friendly. Definitely recommend for anyone trying out crossfit or looking to get some fitness in while visiting from outside the area. Thanks again!”
