They had been wonderfully supportive in 2012 after our father’s death, and they have always enjoyed an exceptional reputation in our community. Brian Warner was everything you’d hope for in a Funeral Director, going far beyond our expectations. He was warm, kind, professional, respectful and never said no to our many requests. His facility is modern and welcoming with a bright interior. The viewing room is open, peaceful, clean and comfortable. Brian took charge of every detail, requiring nothing of us but always seeking our approval. In addition to what you would expect, (i.e. the obituary, coordination with church and cemetery, remembrance cards, thank you notes, death certificates, etc.), Brian went above and beyond in a number of ways. He stepped in on short notice to arrange a live video stream from the funeral when the church could not. So many friends and relatives have sent thanks that they could join us virtually. He also created a moving video tribute to our mother using not only the photos we gave him, but many others that he had on file from our father’s tribute in 2012. Our mother looked beautiful at the visitation and we’ll always remember her that way. Throughout, Brian and his team couldn’t do enough for us. They did a fantastic job preparing her body and taking care of all the paper works necessary for her to finally come home half way around the world...back to the Philippines. We flew with her in the same plane. They made it possible. It really means a lot to us and they took care of everything. Though it is pricy, everything was worth it. It was the final expense for her, I didn't really care. It's not for us....it's for her. Stephanie did everything and she's phenomenal. She walked us through the process, didn't sell us anything we don't need. She listened and did everything we want. I recommend them”

“Unfortunately in my story, my father had passed away, I was not able to visit him on a regular basis seeing as how he was in Woodcliff Lake Nursing Home and I was located down in Monmouth County his public Guardian did not communicate with me the severity of his health issues nor did his doctors however I have to say I would give my dying gratitude to this Funeral Home ( specifically Mr. Jonathan Vanderplaat and their employee's, for going Far and Beyond the extra mile to locate me directly and to send me a personalized letter, & in addition they sent me his Marine Corps flag because he was a United States Marine Corps gunnery sergeant. They made it a point to see fit he was honored in a way that I couldn't have planned my own self as his son. My father received the recognition he deserved despite my inability to be present for the service. For that I can never thank them or praise them enough thank you so very much for doing the one thing that mattered the most to me in my absence. Later I received a package from the Funeral Home unprovoked they provided me with my father's military flag in a solid cherry wood box with a handwritten letter thanking him for his service in addition! To the fact that they also included the letter from President Obama thanking him for his service to this country that is something I will never forget they didn't have to do it but they did and if that isn't the greatest display of respect you could display for somebody's loved ones then I don't know what is I thank them so very greatly because even though it was one of the most tragic times of my life they saw that too and they dealt with him with respect with Honor and every possible, and positive indorsement you can imagine. I sincerely recommend them from the bottom of my heart and I thank the lord they showed such dignity without ever knowing him but treated him with the utmost care.”
