I had brought my Subaru Impreza to him for an catalytic efficiency fault, which required a new catalytic converter. Another independent shop wanted to charge me full price for parts and labor. Giuseppe took the time to investigate the issue and advised me to bring my Subaru to the dealership, because this repair was covered under warranty. My father in law brought his Honda CRV to a dealership for a noise while moving. The dealership diagnosed it as front wheel bearing (hub) and also charged him with a diagnostic fee.
