“Outstanding class with Jodi using several apparatuses including the jumpboard, box, ring, ball, chair and weights throughout the class. Jodi keeps the class interesting with the variety of exercises and provides clear instruction and watches/corrects form as necessary. Looking forward to my next class. Fantastic challenging class with Pattie! She is a wonderful instructor who gives precise explanations making it very easy to follow and ensure correct alignment and form. Pattie provide corrections/modifications to our form whenever necessary and advised regarding the importance of proper form. Always look forward to my classes with Pattie. Amazing Pilates Reformer/TRX with Lori. Enjoyed both the challenging Pilates Reformer and TRX though TRX was extremely challenging for my first time. Lori provided wonderful focused attention, motivation and instruction on proper form. Looking forward to my next class. There are so many styles/options of classes offered in the 2 studios. Love the stretching during and at the end of class. Amazing first visit to OnCore Pilates for my private session with Lexi. Great challenging workout focusing on form and breathing.
