They called when they couldn't deliver the arrangement and then called again to see if they could schedule a good time for drop off. Then, after my arrangement could not be delivered again, which was a Friday, the manager stated that it's not a problem but would have to be delivered on Monday. The care and consideration for the customer was a 9/10. My experience was one that I will not forget, and to answer your question, YES, I will be ordering from the Hackensack location again.
