“Paulina & Manuel are such pleasant people. You can tell they really care about their customers and are very attentive to detail and their business. I had some bad experiences for my son when it came to women cutting his hair but I was proven wrong today. She really went out of her way to not rush and take her time. She was very excited to listen to my needs and concerns and my son was pleased and comfortable with her! I will definitely return. Manuel the manager was very kind and respectful. You can tell they are real people. They definitely gained us as customers. Loved them both instantly! Paulina didn't rush us out and really took time to make my son look his very best! She mentioned she had over 30 years experience. You won't be disappointed here! Manuel gave me free tube of argon oil gel for my son too! He didn't have too! Great business and people! God bless them P.S. they wore masks of all times!! I took my sons mask off for just the photos and to blow dry the hair off! Thanks!”

“I have been going to this salon for years. I have everything done there.. hair cut & colored, gel nails & pedicures. I look forward to my time there. Everyone has always been so sweet and accommodating. They really make you feel like family. With that said, I found a recent review disheartening. A comment was made regarding a credit card fee. This was obviously very upsetting to this person. This was proceeded by insulting the receptionist as well as the establishment as a whole. Putting things in perspective... the fee was $1. Perhaps the person mistakenly said a tax instead of a fee. We all make mistakes. This is actually being done by multiple establishments. Many don’t accept credit any longer. In regards to the receptionist, I have never found her to be anything but warm and honest. To make such harsh comments based on $1 and an off experience with one person was very uncalled for. This persons experience is not a typical one. I am also still baffled by the ridiculous raid/cheater comment! Wow... bizarre.”

“I first came to Mala after trying electrolysis at another place in Fair Lawn, NJ called Elite Electrolysis for 6 months. The staff was never on time with their appointments and one time I was actually asked to go home because they ran over time and didn't have time for me(I had an appointment!) They also have bad attitudes there. That's not the case at all with Mala, she is punctual and pleasant. She has a nice clean environment. When I first came to her, I had a 5 o'clock shadow from the previous electrolysis I had done at Elite Electrolysis. I've been going to Mala for a few months now, and thank goodness I have no scars and no needle marks. She restored my skin and now I barely get any new hair growth. My skin looks smooth and flawless. Her electrolysis is also a lot less painful than my previous experience. I highly recommend Mala to anyone interested in electrolysis. So thankful I found her!”
