“Couldn't be more happy that my family found Dr Suss. We live in Rockland county and our long time family dentist retired. We tried a different dentist in our area who told us we all had a bunch of cavities, which was fishy to me since our previous dentist never saw them. My BIL recommended Dr Suss, who is a 40 min drive from us, but we gave it a try. It was apparent right after our first visit that Dr Suss has the patients best interest in mind at all times and takes tremendous pride in his work. The newly renovated office is beautiful and clean. Staff is very professional and friendly, the office has a great vibe. Well worth the 40 min drive!”

“Dr. Jaffe and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They worked with me in regards to insurance. I went to Dr. Jaffe when my primary dentist did not diagnose me properly. I was in so much pain, could hardly talk, barely eat and had no idea what was wrong with me. Dr. Jaffe took 1 look and diagnosed me properly on the spot. I wound up having ulcerative gingivitis from impacted wisdom teeth. So I also needed to get my wisdom teeth out which he did miraculously. I was a nervous wreck and he has such a calm demeanor. He's been in practice for years and knows his stuff. Most importantly he has a steady hand! His staff was wonderful to work with too! Very kind and patient. Kept me updated with insurance and any payments. Highly recommend him!”

“I stop here for lunch quite often, and have never had a particularly negative experience. This location gets SUPER busy during lunchtime (options in teeny tiny Waterloo are lacking), but as long as you come before 11:30 or after 12:30, your wait should be minimal. The ingredients in my sandwiches have always been fresh, and the employees are attentive and friendly. When I tell them "LOTS OF BANANA PEPPERS" they don't skimp. The building itself is quite nice and has a little fireplace. I'm happy to have such a nice option near my office!”
