“This company offers old-fashioned customer service — the kind that’s really hard to find today. They were responsive to both calls involving our failing pump. The technicians came quickly and they explained everything thoroughly. Rick should teach a course on how to understand the inner workings of wells. He took extra time to make sure I understand precisely what was happening and even how to troubleshoot in the future. He couldn’t have been nicer to deal with. Ultimately, we did need a new well system. The whole process could’ve been a nightmare. Instead it was simple, easy and straightforward. In fact, we just got our new well system installed today.
