“Great gym. Never had to wait for equipment. I am just getting back into weight lifting and was nervous about being a beginner, so I did the free trial (no credit card, no hassle) and the free training session with Shane. For the training session he worked with me on what I wanted to and he was very helpful and supportive. The owner Eric is also very friendly and helpful and answered all of my membership questions (I think I had a million). The gym itself has everything you could need. I went usually somewhere between 12-3pm and it was never crowded. No mask shaming, no not mask shaming, and other gym goers were courteous. There were all sorts of different people there so I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Definitely a great gym to join if you’re looking for something in Nashua. I highly recommend it.”

“Should be 10 stars without a doubt. It's taken me sometime to figure out how to write a review for such an amazing place and I'm not sure I'll do it justice still. From the owner to her staff everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with was nothing short of perfection. They all were so friendly and understanding. I had some major work done throughout a few appointments and to be honest when I was living in FL I had the perfect dentist so of course I was nervous about someone new but wow from the moment I walked through the door I knew I found perfection twice. Anyone looking for services they offer should immediately look no further. Trust me you won't regret it. I did want to grab some photos but I'll have to grab them next time I'm there. I may update this review if I can find a better way to word things im trying to say.”

“Highly recommend this gym! After being a member of previous gym memberships, this one exceeded my expectations. It is a heart pumping 60 minute workout of 20 minutes each of spin, strength workout and yoga. Perfectly balanced! The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and clean. The workouts are always different and fun. The instructors are always friendly and keep you motivated.”

“I went in to grab some brewers yeast. The manager (Kat) informed me they are out but may be getting a shipment that day. She asked if she could contact me if they got it in. Sure enough, she called me when they got it in a few hours later. I didn’t answer the call since I was working but went back there around 6. She wasn’t there but left a container of brewers yeast for me in the back and told her night shift employee to be sure to give it to me. So sweet! Will go back for any other GNC specific items I may need in the future!”

“Went to get a Hi dose flu shot as my own Dr’s office was out of stock. Checked in by friendly staff, filled out minimal paperwork and had a reasonably short wait. Office was clean and everyone I met there was nice and helpful. I received my flu shot and got a copy of that transaction to bring to my own provider’s office. It was a successful visit and I would not hesitate to go back for a future visit if I was in need.”

She even gave me a coupon for my meds without my asking- she saved me over $50! I didn't catch her name but she had striking sparkly red nails. Thank you manicured angel!”

“My son needed a root canal. We were referred to Dr. Diune by our regular dentist. He did a great job and followed up personally several times to make sure my son was doing good after the procedure. Not a secretary or an assistant.... him , himself personally called. He is a caring easy to relate too individual who I would recommend to EVERYONE!”

“I worked with physical therapist named Kari, sorry if the spellings off horrible at names, but she was great with me. She was patient, very knowledgeable and kind. I am a spartan and over the years I have been beaten up not to mention my job that very physical at time lifting heavy boxes leaving me in pain almost daily. I went to the chiropractor for years but had no results. I decided to go to physical therapy to a actual fix the problem. Kari tought me better form, showed me different exercises and built up my core. I could go on and on but I feel great now. Doing my daily 4 exercises she gave me and always being aware of my form having no more pain. I have already recommended this to other people! Five star. Thank you for giving me my life back of enjoying the outdoors and my races!!”
