My loved one purchased one of Walton's plans in the 1980's when I called to start the arrangements I spoke with Mike he was pleasent and understanding, though I had my copies Mike informed me if I didn't he had copies. This was the start of holiday season, family informed how long the process could take, I was concerned and I hope that we could move a little quicker Miike insured me that things would be okay and he would update me.
