“Waited 2 1/2 years to write this review. Bought a truck for my son and wanted to make sure it was a good purchase - and it was! In 2019, I brought my son here to look for a vehicle. He'd just graduated high school and I wanted to get him a car or truck. Our salesman was Manny Q and we liked him. He seemed like a genuinely nice and not pushy. Manny showed us a few vehicles and we took some vehicles for a test drive. My son and I both liked a Ford F-150 - it was a beautiful truck, low mileage and as far as we could tell, it had a good engine. We did all the paperwork that day and were to come back the next day to pick up the truck. The following day, we returned with my husband and a couple grandkids, to pick up the truck. Now the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 - the truck had not been washed or otherwise cleaned for us. I was a little disappointed with that, given that I'd just purchased a $25,000 truck from this dealership and they hadn't even bothered to make it look pretty for us? I mean, they had an extra day to at least hose it down. Back to the truck, it has been a wonderful vehicle for my son. It only had a minor issue with the 4x4 switch, but other than that, no engine problems whatsoever. It's been 2 years since we bought it and it not only still runs great, it's still a beautiful truck. No regrets with this vehicle purchase.”

“We were travelling through Nevada when we had a blow out on our tent trailer that required body work repairs. We are old and new to trailer camping as a way to escape the covid. We also blew the head gasket on our car and had to rent a car and stay in hotels and were so distressed when our simple efforts to escape the covid put us in more contact with people than we had since March! These guys were absolutely the best! Their professionalism, attention to detail, compassion, and dependability were so amazing. Super clean operation and well organized. Most important to me is TRANSPARENCY and not the all too tiring process of the up sell as many service advisers do. I'm a car guy and understand maintenance. My RS5 is not the cheapest to service with all the race car parts but the honest guidance is well worth the money spent. “What a great experience with renting 2 rv's here Everything was prepped and ready to go upon arrival Interactions especially during covid were considered and the vehicles were cleaned and sanitized to all of my expectations With travel being so challenging these days this was such a great option for my friends and I to get to go somewhere together and be out of the public. We had such a great time and all essentials were provided so all we had to do was think about consumable supplies and not the rest Upon returning we just did a quick cleaning of the inside and did not have to be concerned for cleaning the outside of the vehicle, especially coming from the dust of black rock desert. “There was no pressure at all. My wife and I walked onto the lot and was greeted by a salesman. He asked what we were looking for and I told him. We walked out to the trucks and he proceeded on opening one up and answered all my questions. We took it for a test drive around the block and came back to the dealership where we were turned over to James where he then went over more features. We made a deal, and the paper work began. I drove the truck home and came back the next day to go through the truck with Chuck. He went over the entire truck with me, answering every question I had. When I left, I felt very confident I could operate my new truck very comfortably. The whole experience was very professionally handled by knowledgeable salesmen who were very friendly and did not pressure us in any way for a sale.
