“About a month and a half ago I was trying to get a tail light bulb replaced and called the Firestone on Ann, the one I ALWAYS go to for service. Long story short I got the runaround from a very rude guy and had to look elsewhere. I called another Firestone and no go. I finally talked to Daniel at this location. He was so nice and professional and told me to just bring it in. He didn't want me to wait for a bay so he changed the bulb right there in the parking lot in less than 10 minutes, told me to have a nice day and sent me on my way. I appreciated that so much that I just made a service appointment with him and will bring my car here from now on!”
