Our first session was equal parts interview and physical therapy session. She took the time to understand me and my lifestyle which gave her a more complete understanding of my physical well-being — I can't stress how important that is. In addition to relieving the tension and pain in my trouble areas through Active Release Techniques (ART — painful, but highly effective), soft tissue therapy, massages, adjustments, and stretching, Katie also made several recommendations to help improve the ergonomics of my work station, as well as my sleep position.
