Yesterday, I was in a panic over my unit and this representative walked by and without hesitation offered her services and options for me. Many would have kept walking and continued doing their work but this is an example of a worker going ABOVE and BEYOND. Not only was she patient and understanding, she displayed a level of compassion that is rarely seen in customer service reps currently. I want to commend her for everything but I, also, want to inform her company of her valuable she is and how lucky they are to have workers representing this company so well. I wish she was a regular at the location I am renting from but I can also move to her regular location. This kind of customer service makes me feel better about renting with Public Storage.”

“I’ve rented a storage unit for 3 years from them, the property is great and all the staff are very nice and professional. I’m giving it 4 stars because of them. -1 star because the rates kept going up and i finally decided to just let the unit go. I thought that i’ve been there for a while and they take care of tenants as far as prices, but idk, maybe it’s their policy to raise prices and force tenants to move out due to the rent going higher every few months or so.”
