“I understand that you can never get through to them, that is not good when you are needing to make appointments. But overall he is a very good Doctor and I can see he generally cares and will tell you the truth and the wait is not that bad. Most people can spend 1, 2, 3 hours just scrolling on social media wasting their lives away, but when it comes to investing time for your health you complain. It’s a doctors office what do you expect? And there is a lot of patients he has to deal with. Never not once did I ever get a nurse who was rude at this office because I believe “A soft answer turns away wrath, But a harsh word stirs up anger.” Some of you need to hear this, but you may be the problem. Let him do his job and if you don’t like the way he does it, find someone who will. After all it is your health. I just came here to see if there are any reviews about hip surgery because that is my next step and found a bunch of people whining. I will leave you with this, you have the power to change something you don’t like..so do it, or quit complaining. ”

“5/23- I came in with a pretty painful back injury and spasms. Online it stated the wait time was 15 minutes. The checkin was seamless, I did not get the persons name, but they were great. I waited a total of 5 minutes after checkin before being brought back to a room. The MA was professional, I am spacing on her name, but she was quick and helpful. The MA brought me to the room and it was 5-10 minutes before Erin, the provider came back. Erin was professional and thorough. In my experience, chronic back pain is brushed off in urgent care/E.R’s. That was not the case here and I felt I got the care I needed. Johnny, the nurse, was awesome too. Quick and easy shot to help with the spasms.”

“Convenient location off 95 on West Lake Mead. Lots of parking and handicap accessible. The carts and hand baskets and handy wipes are located before the entrance. Very nice, colorful and organized interior. Everything is priced for your convenience. There were several employees on the floor in case you needed help. The person who helped me was very friendly and answered my question. This is a little smaller than their other stores. You should be able to find what you need. They have a section for ordering food to go. The cashier was very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. If you are an Amazon member you get 5% rebate and special item sales price. You can drop off your Amazon return here and/or pickup your package.”
