“I just finished the 6 week challenge at Omalza and it turned out to be such a positive experience for me. I lost 6% body fat and gained 3.3 lbs of muscle!! Classes are intense but they're also a lot of fun, and definitely have a family vibe, which I love. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I learned and accomplished so much in six weeks.
