I see Sean every 3 weeks to get some good sports massage therapy: I train weekly 4-5 times and lift pretty heavy, so rest and recovery are crucial, especially with my back issues. “The VA is a good place to go for a multitude of resources and benefits. What irks me is that the VA gets a bad reputation for its services and people when in reality most of the frustrations that veterans have is that they’re not prepared, didn’t do any research, or simply want everything done for them. I’m no professional, I’m a veteran myself that uses the services at this location and I gather all the information aforementioned from sitting and listening to the very loud and disrespectful people that come in yelling at the receptionists for no good reason. If you need help and you’re willing to help yourself, the VA is a great place.”

“I appreciate the friendly receptionist and quick service. A year or so ago, I fell with my arm outstretched. I was sure I needed shoulder surgery as I had surgery on the other for similar symptoms. I went to have my back adjusted and mentioned my shoulder. Paraphrasing, the doctor, “maybe you do need surgery but I’ll be able to tell if there’s something I can do.” He felt my shoulder, moved it a bit, and a few seconds later, it was adjusted and the pain was gone. Grateful to an associate who recommended him.”

“This was the first time I ever gave plasma, and honestly I was scared, but they all made me feel welcomed and explained the process. It took several hours because they were so busy after Christmas. The facility was very clean and the employees professional. You can tell they are like a family there and they have good relationships with the regulars. The gentleman named Angel was an Angel. He is awesome at his job and knows what he’s doing. He was gentle and got the vein first try much to my relief after hearing horror stories about the Tropicana location, lol. I was honestly shocked how little pain there was. Everyone made the whole experience easy and overall as pleasant as it could be. To the young manager, the young blonde lady, Eddie, and Angel, thank you!”

“I was staying at the Luxor when my toe turned dark purple with yellow pus coming out from under the toenail. I googled to find a Podiatrist close to the strip and found Dr Louk is right on the strip and will come to my hotel. I was afraid I had waited too long to have this looked at, but Dr Louk assured me that he's seen much worse and this was an easy fix. Dr Louk brought everything with him: sterile instruments, antibiotic pills, ice pack, and gauze and self adhesive wrap for tomorrow. Dr Louk told me to keep the foot elevated for one hour, but as soon as he left I went back down to the black jack table. I never did have any pain.”
