“I stayed here two weeks because I unknowingly arrived with COVID and I quarantined in my room. The GM and staff, Alexandria, were great in responding to my requests for a daily change of linen and fresh towels. The GM even offered water but I only drink Eternal brand Alkaline water, which I ordered. This is a newer hotel at the end of the Strip and a mile or so to the Airport. I chose this hotel because its 100% smoke free. The serve breakfast daily from 6am until 9 or 10am and coffee is in the lobby 24/7. They have a beautiful private pool area out back. However, my room was not clean when I checked in. Someone had changed the linen and put only a fitted sheet on the bed. There were no towels in the room. The floor was dirty and the furniture was dusty. I sanitized everything anyways but I reported the room's status to the front desk. I know every hotel is having housekeeping shortage issues but this hotel had a lot of housekeeping but not good housekeepers (many young males cleaning), they need to be properly trained. I was in that room with COVID and I bleached the room daily and at check out but I told the assigned housekeeper that the room should be sanitized and he looked at me as if to say, that's not going to happen. I pray no one who has stayed in room 316 after me was subject to any possible germs. I was there the first two weeks of October. Thank you to the staff who did their jobs well.”

Even try to offer her a tip for hard work and she refused my tip and said I’m just doing my job sir but thank you. Wow that’s incredible her integrity. I’m a old man 78 you don’t see this anymore good manners. We will definitely come back soon. Thank you Ms. Kitty You a doll.”

“My only complaint would be the size of the room and lack of dog walking options. Other than that we were happy with the cleanliness of the property and the excellent presence of security. I do get a discount at every motel 6 I go to but not here for some unexplained reason. That was bothersome because national truckers should be treated with more respect. Maybe this can be rectified at my next visit which will be in June. I stay at motel 6 often because I live in a semi truck. I came to Vegas for surgery. Not pleasure. The return trip will be for post of adjustments. Please let me know how you would like to accommodate me. Thank you.”
