(June 20, 2020, 10:54 pm)This is the second time I used Butter Plumbing and I am very satisfied. The tech was on time and called me to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very polite and informative. I called to have them replace a couple bathroom sinks and to check my water pressure since it's been very low lately. He explained if I needed something replaced but didn't push me to do make any additional purchase. I will definitely use them again in the future.
(May 15, 2020, 5:42 pm)We had a tankless hot water heater installed about 8 months ago which suddenly stopped providing hot water. Called for same day service and Rafi appeared 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time! He reset and tested the unit and it works perfectly again! Turns out the cause was most likely a power bump that occurred the day before. Highly recommend Butter Plumbing.
