“It's a small casino. All you people complaining about the place are not use to enjoying an old school casino. The place has everything other casinos has just smaller. I win all the time. They got machines real money drops out . Lot of history there. Food is great. You can wash your cloths there. It's a fast stop get off the road hotel. “The workers here were great. The coffee was so so. I guess this is a privately owned Starbucks and you could tell there was some dissension with management. It didn't affect our service at all, though. I actually received superb service here. The only issue with this location is that because it is privately owned by the gas station, you cannot use your Starbucks rewards. What a bummer. You can, however, use your Mobile app or your gift card to pay.”

“I enjoy the personal attention given by the staff at Carolee Theater. They try and make your visit an enjoyable one. The management on the other hand doesn't even mention that there is a theater on the premises. It would be nice to have the theater listed as one of the amenities at Primm Valley as well as the other two properties. The information on current as well as future movies would also be a great upgrade. I get the feeling that Affinity Gaming is all about squeezing the next nickle out of the Primm Valley Resorts. They are clueless as to what is meant by customer service. In my career I have found it you treat the customer as an important part of your business your business will prosper. When the lack of customer care is so blatant in the restrictions placed on local management you will continue to see a poor turnout as well as profits.”
